Station Rotation for New Cub Scout Recruits
As part of our exciting recruitment event, new Cub Scout recruits will experience a fun and educational rotation through three engaging stations. Each station offers a unique opportunity to learn, create, and explore different skills.
Station 1: Lego Pinewood Derby
At this station, recruits will design and build their very own Pinewood Derby cars using Lego bricks. This hands-on activity encourages creativity and engineering skills as participants learn about aerodynamics and weight distribution. Once the cars are built, the recruits will race them down a track, fostering a spirit of friendly competition and teamwork.
Station 2: Paper Air Rockets
In this station, scouts will engage in the exciting world of aerodynamics by creating their own paper air rockets. Using simple materials, participants will learn about the principles of flight and how different designs affect performance. After crafting their rockets, the recruits will launch…
